Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our choice. the entire staff were ready to help. Our hotel was in a perfect location, near a train station. There were lots of restaurants and eateries to choose from. I had a pleasant 3-night stay at Hotel San Carlo in Lugano. the staff was very helpful, and the hotel's location near a train station was convenient. there were plenty of dining options in the area, making it easy to find something to eat nearby.

I only stayed 3 nights, though the staff were ready to help - ticked all the boxes for me. The location of the hotel was very central, really close to the center of Lugano, close to the public transportation and a pedestrian street in high end shopping district. I went to nearby Spaghetti Store Sa and tried their local food

The place was neat and the staff were competent and patient. Our double room was cosy and great-sized. Staff were ready to help. Very central location; a nice budget hotel. Lots of choices for meals and drinks in the surrounding area. the restaurant offered delicious food.
